If You use features such as My Voice to upload or record Your voice, We may collect and process Your voice recordings, related audio files, recording duration, language selection, technical metadata, and other information reasonably necessary to provide the feature.
We use this information to create and manage Your personalized voice and generate audio content requested by You, verify that You are authorized to use the submitted voice, maintain the security and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide customer support.
Where voice verification is required, We may temporarily process voice characteristics or other technical information derived from Your submitted recordings solely for the purpose of voice creation, authorization, and verification, and to operate the My Voice feature. We do not use Your voice data to identify You for unrelated purposes or sell Your voice data to third parties.
User-Generated Content and Audio Data
When You create or upload songs, lyrics, voice recordings, or other audio through the Service, these files are stored securely and associated with Your Account.
You may delete Your uploaded voice recordings through the Service at any time where such functionality is available, or request deletion of Your uploaded voice recordings and other generated data by contacting support@somio.ai.
Such user-generated content remains Your property, and We will not use or publish it for any other purpose without Your consent, unless anonymized and aggregated for improviYour uploaded voice recordings will never be used to train public or shared AI voice models, or any AI model that can be accessed or used by other users.
You represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, record, and use any voice or audio content submitted through the Service. You must not upload, record, clone, or otherwise use the voice of any third party, including public figures, celebrities, singers, or other individuals, unless You have obtained their prior explicit written authorization.
You may request deletion of Your uploaded voice recordings and generated data at any time by contacting support@somio.ai.
