Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Content
All content generated through the Service is created using artificial intelligence technology.
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms and Your active subscription or purchased plan, You are granted a license to use the AI-generated music in accordance with Our usage policies.

My Voice and Voice Features
Some features of the Service, including My Voice, may allow You to upload, record, or submit audio samples containing Your voice so that the Service can generate, create, or apply voice-based outputs, and may also perform verification to confirm that You are authorized to use the submitted voice.
By using these features, You expressly authorize Somio and its service providers to process Your voice recordings and related voice data for the purposes of providing, operating, securing, and improving the My Voice feature, including voice creation, voice verification, fraud prevention, and technical support, in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that any voice recording You upload or record is Your own voice, or that You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and authorizations to submit and use such voice through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your submitted voice and any generated output do not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
You agree that You will not use the Service to create voice outputs that impersonate another person without authorization, mislead others into believing a voice belongs to someone else, or use voice-generated content for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes. Somio may suspend, restrict, or remove access to voice features where we reasonably believe that such use violates these Terms or applicable law.
You acknowledge that voice-related data may be subject to applicable laws governing personal or sensitive data, and Your use of voice features constitutes consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if You breach these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by reliance on AI-generated content or the Service’s functionality, including accuracy or availability of third-party data used by the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages, so some limitations may not apply.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet Your requirements, operate without interruption, achieve any intended results, or be error-free.
Governing Law
The laws of the country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
Disputes Resolution
You agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union Users: You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
For United States Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or listed as a “terrorist supporting” country.
Severability and Waiver
- Severability:If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to exercise a right or enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms may have been translated. In case of a dispute, the original English text shall prevail.
Changes to These Terms
